A perfect match – Natural Instinct UK is now part of The Nutriment Company
Natural Instinct is based in the UK, specializing in the production of raw, frozen dog food and natural treats, Natural Instinct is a family-owned business that sells raw pet food for dogs and cats.
The company commissioned Weissenstein & Partner to lead the negotiations with potential buyers and for the determination of a fair and proper corporate evaluation.
Transaction
End of July 2024, the Board of Directors of The Nutriment Company decided to acquire 100% of the shares Natural Instinct Ltd. This transaction is aimed at further strengthening the various brands held under the TNC umbrella.
